Photography

Shots from a point and shoot simply don’t compare with a professionally shot photograph. It takes the right camera, the right lenses, lighting, composition and technique. We don’t just shoot with quality cameras and lenses, we shoot to capture the experience of a home and its particular, unique charm. In editing we take the time to balance the colours so that they look more natural and also finish photos in High Dynamic Range (HDR) – a technique which is rapidly becoming the new standard in architectural photography due to its ability to prevent details from being lost by over lit windows or dark shadows.

Research has shown that listings with professionally shot photographs sell for higher prices than properties that don’t. If a good set of images is the difference between a listing that’s seen and one that isn’t then the choice is obvious. Get good photos!

Photo packages start at $99 and include 10 photos of the property inside and out – high resolution, colour balanced, HDR, the whole nine yards.

Videos

In addition to stills Astral Projections offers a virtual open house or video tour where we take prospective home buyers on a full motion video tour of the home. Where photos can tell the story of a particular room or corner of the house the video tour stitches it all together into a unified whole, what it really feels like to be inside, walking from room to room.

Videos are hosted online for up to a year and can be linked to an MLS listing, embedded on a website, linked in an email or listed in a brochure or ad.

Video tours start at $299 and include the $99 photo package free of charge. High definition videos, DVDs and additional features are available for an additional fee.
